How do I process an exchange or return?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us with an explanation of the reasons for requesting one at SpiritWear@ShowMeKCSchools.org. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address with shipping charges paid by the customer: Show Me Spirit, 2201 Lexington Avenue, Kansas City MO 64124

Upon receipt of your refund request,, we’ll email you back with a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long will my order take to ship?

Your item(s) will be made especially for you as soon as you place your order and will be shipped within 2 weeks. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps Show Me Spirit reduce overproduction, so thank you for your thoughtful purchase!  

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, we will send out a confirmation email. Once the product gets produced, packed and shipped, we will send out another email with the tracking information. If there are any issues feel free to reach out to us at SpiritWear@ShowMeKCSchools.org.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards in a variety of amounts. Show Me Spirit gift cards never expire, and they can be applied to any purchase on the Show Me Spirit website. Go to the Shop for Gear in the navigation bar and select Gift Cards from the drop down menu.

Why did I receive multiple packages for one order?

We select the best manufacturers for specific products. You may notice that some garments, headwear or accessories may ship in different packages. We do this to ensure we have the best quality for your custom product.

How can I cancel my order?

You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours of the purchase by reaching out to us at SpiritWear@ShowMeKCSchools.org by calling 816-535-0656.

How can my school or organization partner with Show Me Spirit to sell our gear and raise funds?

Show Me Spirit is open to working with any Kansas City-area school or nonprofit organization that wishes to partner with us. To inquire about selling your school or organization’s gear on the Show Me Spirit website, please contact the Show Me Spirit Store Manager, via email at SpiritGear@ShowMeKCSchools.org or call 816-535-0656.

I’d like to buy an item that is not available. Can I submit a request for the item I’d like to buy?

We expect to add other items to the Show Me Spirit website in the coming months. If you would like to request a specific item, please email the Show Me Spirit Store Manager at SpiritGear@ShowMeKCSchools.org with as much detail as you are able to provide.

Can I pay with a check or purchase order?

Whether you’re paying online, or over the phone, you have multiple payment options. You can pay for your order with a credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex or Discover), your checking account, or a purchase order (PO) if approved for credit (generally for large institutions, such as schools or government agencies). Simply choose your payment method during checkout.

For payment by check, you will see a form to provide the required bank account information.

For payment by purchase order, we'll provide a fax number and instructions to fax Show Me KC Schools a copy of the purchase order for verification before we begin processing your order. When invoiced for a PO, you may pay by check or credit or debit card.

Can I buy gear in bulk and save money?

Show Me Spirit can offer discounted prices on orders of 50 or more of the same item. To request a quote for a bulk order, please email the Show Me Spirit Store Manager at SpiritGear@ShowMeKCSchools.org with as much detail as you are able to provide.

How does my purchase support my school or organization?

Every quarter, Show Me KC Schools issues donation checks to our partner schools and organizations for 25% of the proceeds of all purchases of gear that represents that school or organization. Please contact your school or organization directly if you would like to make an additional donation.
